The most basic Precor treadmill is the 9.21. It has a 3.0 hp motor which allows speed up to 12 mph and inclines up to 15%. It offers 6 different workout programs to vary one's workout which includes programs for weight loss and interval training. In order to calculate your heart rate, however, you will need to purchase an optional kit.
The highest-end treadmill offered by Precor is the 9.35, which is innovative in both technology and design. It creates a very comfortable and smooth exercise experience with a running surface suspension system unique to Precor. This helps to protect joints from jarring. It also has a feature which matches your foot speed to the belt speed. The 9.35 has negative incline and 23 different programs for a greater workout. Along with a heart rate monitor, it also has a workout log to ensure that you are getting the most effective and healthiest workout possible.
