Keys Fitness is relatively new to the treadmill market, as they branched from their weight training equipment and accessories to include treadmills in 1997. They have quickly gained acclaim from the world of treadmills for building high quality, powerful, relatively inexpensively priced treadmills. They believe so much in the quality of their machines that they offer a lifetime warranty on their motors and frames. Since they are new to the treadmill market, they have had a few problems with the quality of their assembly, as well as electronic issues, but they continue to improve year over year.

There are three new keys treadmills out in today's market – the KF-T2.0, 4.0 & 6.0.

The KF-T2.0 is the base model of the new keys treadmills. Even so, it has quite a few features to offer. It is perfect for those customers that do not have a lot of storage for a large and bulky machine as it folds easily. It has an innovative remote controlled handle that controls both incline and speed for added flexibility. It has a 2.5 hp motor which allows for speeds up to 10 mph. It has 12 preset workout programs which is a good number for a basic unit. It can hold up to 275 lbs and has a handle-bar heart rate monitor system. The display, however, consists of 4 small windows.

The next model in the chain is the KF-T4.0. Like the previous model, it also has speeds of up to 10 mph as well as an incline up to 12%. It does, however, have 15 workout programs as well as a weight limit of 300 lbs. It has a larger, one screen display for easy reading.

The last new key treadmill is the KF-T6.0. This has the largest running surface as well as the most powerful motor, allowing speeds of 12 mph. It can hold the most weight at 325 lbs.
